AMENDING THE BUILDING CODE TO INCREASE CERTAIN FEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Building Code, adopted by Ordinance No. 15256, as
amended, is hereby amended by amending section 107, 108, 109, 112, and 2204 as
follows:
a. Subsection 107.4(a) is hereby amended to establish a minimum fee
of $10.00 for a building permit, and to establish a minimum fee of $20.00 for a
building permit for a sign.
b. Subsection 107.4(c) is hereby amended to increase the fee for a
moving permit to $100.00.
c. Subsection 107.4(d) is hereby amended to increase the fee for a
demolition permit to $10.00.
d. Subsection 108.2(f) is hereby amended to increase the
re -inspection fee to $10.00.
e. Subsection 109.4 is hereby amended to increase the fee for a
certificate of occupancy for an existing building to $50.00.
f. Subsection 2204.10 is hereby amended to increase the annual fee
for a housemover's license to $100.00.
SECTION 2. The effective date of this ordinance shall be
August 1, 1984.
