AMENDING SECTIONS 53-252, SCHEDULE III - PARKING PROHIBITED
AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
BY ADDING DIFFERENT STREET SECTIONS TO THE SCHEDULES;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 53-252, Schedule III - Parking Prohibited at
All Times on Certain Streets, of the Code of Ordinances be amended by adding the
following:
Baldwin Blvd., both sides, between Ayers and Port Avenue.
SECTION 3. If for any reason any section, paragraph, subdivision,
clause, phrase, word, or provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid or
unconstitutional by final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction,vit
shall not affect any other section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase,
word, or provision of this ordinance, for it is the definite intent of this City
Council that every section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word, or
provision hereof be given full force and effect for its purpose.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
publication one time in the official publication of the City of Corpus Christi,
which publication shall contain the caption stating in summary the purpose of
the ordinance.
