NETEK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A COMFORT STATION/SHOWER FACILITY, PLAY AREAS, LANDSCAPING AND PICNIC SHELTERS AT CORPUS CHRISTI BEACH. APPROPRIATING $376,000, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with E. J. Netek Construction Company for the construction of a comfort station/shower facility, play areas, landscaping and picnic shelters at Corpus Christi Beach, all as more fully set forth in the plans and specifications and contract documents on file in the office of the City Secretary, all of which are made a part hereof by reference and ac cording to the bid of E J. Netek Construction Company, said bid being thelowest and most advantageous to the City of Carpus Christ,. SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $376,000 of which $188,00Blocrifrom 162-152-807.07-502, 2T 9th Year Block Grant,, and $188,000 is from a 8Texas Parks and Wildlife Grant, Development allsubject to State approval and availability of grant funds. SECTION 3.
