HomeMy WebLinkAbout18589 ORD - 12/04/1984AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLATTING ORDINANCE, SECTION IV, DESIGN STANDARDS, SUBSECTION E, LOTS, PARAGRAPH 2 (a) and (b, ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION I; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TE%AS SECTION 1 That Section IV, Design Standards, Subsection E, Lots, Paragraph 2 (a) and (b) Gf the Platting Ordinance be and is hereby amended to read as follows Lots dimensions shall be as follows: aJ shall bei Residentiallots less than thirty (30) efeetidwmr at the building line nor less than thirty-three hundred (3300) square feet ina and shall abut a public street for a continuous distance of not less than thirty (30) feet (b) Residential lots where not served by publicewr shall be not less than thirty (30) feet wide at the building line and shall not have less than thirty (30) feet of continuous public street frontagen or have an area less than that prescribed far healthandsanitation purposes under Section V, 0, 6 b. Such lots shall be laid out keepingmind the possibility of resubdivision at such time as sanitary sewer service might become available SECTION 2. That Section IV, Design Standards, be amended by adding a new Subsection I, Zero Lot Line Division to read as follows I. Zero Lot Line Division When a parcel is divided and/or developed for attached or detached single-family residential development, which incorporates the zero lot line concept, the final plat must specify which lot line will be utilized a the zero lot line.
