HomeMy WebLinkAbout18590 ORD - 12/11/1984AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PARCELS 27 AND 29 IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURDUE ROAD STREET IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE II PROJECT: APPROPRIATING $1,444, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED 8Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1 That the City Manager be authorized to execute the documents necessary for the acquisition of Parcels 27 and 29 connection with the Purdue Road Street Improvements. Phase II Protect, substantial copies of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibits "2" and W. SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $1,444 out of the No 220 Street Band Fund SECTION 3.
