11-5.77, SETTING FORTH ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF SAID AREA OF
LAND DESCRIBED AS PORTIONS OUT OF LOT 17, 18, 25, and 26-32,
SECTION 6, AND LOTS 1-4, SECTION 7, FLOUR BLUFF AND ENCINAL
FARM AND GARDEN TRACTS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

Venture for amendment to the zoning map of the Crty of Corpus Christi;
WHEREAS, public hearing WaS held at which hearing all persona WiSbing
to appear and be heard were heard, to consider the same before the Crty Council
of the Cyty of Corpus Christ, In accordance wrth proper notice to the public,
said public hearing havang been held on Tuesday, December 11, lg., et Reguier
COUncil Meeting of the City Councll in the Council Charber at City Hall in the
Crty of Corpus Christi; and the City Council further finds es follows
11) That the Planning Colymussion of the City of Corpus Christi has
found the proposed change in zoning is in the public Interest and withm the
purpose of the zoning ordinance, and, that permanent zoning of 'M-47 on
Tracts 1A, 1E, and 3, vE-17 On Tract 4, 7A -z" on Tract., z gnd 5, and PR -LEP on
Tract 6; all tracts being portIons out of Lot 17, IS, 25, and 26-32, Section 6,
and Lots 1-4, Section 7, FloUr BlUff and Encrnal Fa. and Garden Tracts, Nueces
County. Texas, more fully desCrIbed hereinefter, he granted,
(2) That the agreement for the contractual annexation of the land
described herein to the City of Corpus Christi does not contain any condition of
rezoning said land by the City Connell, and that such contract contains no
reference to ZOning.
13) That the permanent zoning as hereinabove set for. be granted to

members, co, attached, to find and declare an emergen, due to the need for
efficient admitustration of City affairs by grantIng the aforesald zoning
change, such finding of an emergency Is made and declared requiring
suspension of the charter rule as to consIderation and voting upon ordinances
or resolutIons at three regular meetings so that this ordsnance Is passed and
shalp.e effect upon first readIng as an emergency measure .es the
