APPROPRIATING $1,000 FOR THE CONTRACT WITH TRIARCH
CORPORATION AND RELATED TESTING SERVICES APPLICABLE TO THE
GREENWOOD SENIOR CITIZENS PARKING LOT EXPANSION, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $1,000 from the No 162
Federal/States Grant Fund, Department 152, Activity 807.07, Code 502, 9th Year
Community Development Block Grant Fund for the contract with Tnarch Corporation
and related testing services applicable to Protect No. 162-152-807.07-502,
Greenwood Senior Citizens Parking Lot Expansion
SECTION 2. That upon wr tten request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare anergency due to the need to
appropriate the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such
finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter
rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three
regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon
first reading as an emergency measure this the 8th day of January, 1985.
