APPROPRIATING $1D,000 FROM THE AIRPORT HAZARD ELIMINATION
FUIID FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PARCELS
OF LAND IN CONNECTION WITH THE NAVY CLEAR ZONES LAND
ACQUISITION PROGRAM. AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $10,000 from the Aorport
Hazard Elimination Fund for appraisal se es for the acquisition of parcels of
land on connection with the Navy Clear Zones Land Acquisition Program.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or love Counc0l
members, copy attached, to find and declare an mergency due to the need to
appropnate the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such
finding of an emergency Is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter
rule as to c nsederation and voting upon ordinances or esolutions at three
regular meetings so that thos ordinance Is passed and shall take effect upon
first reading as an emergency measure thos the 8th day of January, 1985.
