BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $183,583 17 from the Parade Place Fund balance, 820,903.94 for the Park Bond Fund Project No 291-84-2, Corpus Christi Beach Sand Retention/Renounshment and 8162,679.23 for the Park Bond Fund Palm Tree Replacement Project, No 291-84-3. SECTION 2 There is hereby appropriated $52,820.77 from the Palms Up Trust Fund No. 111-243.90 for 951 Park Bond Fund Palm Tree Replacement Project, N0. 291-84-3. SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated $337,520.00 from the Corpus Christi Beach Parking 9th Year, Community Development Block Grant, N0. 162-152-807.07-502 for the Park Band Fund Project No. 291-84-1, Carpus Christi Beach Parking and Site Improvement SECTION 4. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to appropriate the abovementi0ned funds at the earliest practicable date, such find0ng of an emergency Is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to c nsiderat0on and voting upon ordinances or esolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the Bth day of January, 1985 ATTEST City APPROVED ADAY OF JANUARY, 1985 J.
