SECTION 1. There ,s hereby appropriated $86,323 84 from the No. 220
Street Bond Fund for bridge construction across the Mayfield-Storlite drainage
channel inaccordance ith the agreement with the Tuloso-Midway Independent
School Distrct approved on November 24, 1982.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an mergency due to the need to
appropriate the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such
finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter
rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or
resolutions at three
regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon
first reading as an emergency measure this the 15th day of January, 1985
