WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has forwarded to the City Council its reports and rec mamendationsoneerning the application of Fred Galindo for amendment to the zoning map 02 the City of Corpus Christi; ersons WHEREAS, appear and be heardlic were, heard, sas held at to considerwthehsamerbefore the rCity Council of the City of Corpus Christi, in accordance with proper notice to the public, said public hearing having been held on Tuesday, December 18, 1984, at Regular Council meeting of the City Council in the Council Chamber at City Hall in the City of Corpus Christi, and WHEREAS, by motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was decided by the City Council that to approve the hereinafter set forth amendment would best serve public health, necessity and convenience and the general welfare of the City of Corpus Christi and its citizens NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS SECTION 1 That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, is amended by making the change hereinafter set out. SECTION 2. That a Special Council Permit be granted on Lot 10, Black 3, Arcadia Subdivision, situated in the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, for "AB" Professional Office us, however, limiting a medical office building to 2,800 square feet in area ORas non -medical office building to 3,500 square feet i cording to the siteplan, a copy of which i attached hereto and made z part hereof, marked Exhibit "A", and subject to all other considerations of "6-16" One -family Dwelling District. In the event the Board of Adjustment grants any special exception or the Zoning Ordinance, applicable to the Special Permit herein granted, other than the Inc specified in this Special Permit, said Special Permit shall be void and of no force and effect whatsoever. SECTION 3. That the official zoning map of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, be and the same is hereby, amended as herein ordained. 18650 SECTION 4. That the Zoning Ordinance and Map of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, approved on the 27th day of August, 1973, as amended from time to tome, except as herein changed, shall remain in full force and effect SECTION 5.
