AMENDING PARAGRAPH XV OF THE AGREEMENT TO CONTRACT DATED
SEPTEMBER 29, 1981, APPROVED BY ORDINANCE N0. 16542 ON
SEPTEMBER 23, 1981, BETWEEN THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AND
THE CORPUS CHRISTI AQUARIUM ASSOCIATION TO EXTEND THE TIME
FOR THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT TO CONTRACT AN
ADDITIONAL 18 MONTHS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS
SECTION 1. Amending Paragraph XV of Exhibit "A" to Ordinance
No. 16542 passed and approved by the City Council on September 23, 1981, to
delete all references to 42 months and to substitute therefor 60 months as the
applicable termination time periods to the agreement to contract.
