REIMBURSING THE GENERAL FUND N0. 102-266-518.43-603 FOR
CONSTRUCTION AT SAW/ PARK, PROJECT NO 111-241.19; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS
SECTION 1 There is hereby appropriated $5,031 94 out of Park Trust
Fund No. 111 far reimbursement at Sacky Park to the General Fund
Na. 102-266-518.43-603, for work accomplished as foliows
Park Protect No. Cost Improvements
Sacky 111-241-19 $5,031.94 Constructed basketball courts,
covered tables, A curb and
gutter work
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an mergency due to the need to
appropriate the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such
finding
of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter
rule a to consideration and voting upon ordinances or esolutions at three
regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon
first reading as an emergency measure this the 22nd day of January, 1985.
