AN ORDINANCE
APPROVING THE PROPOSED OPERATION AND IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
THE GABE LOZAN0, SR GOLF CENTER AND THE OSO BEACH MUNICIPAL
GOLF COURSE, APPROPRIATING $143,175.10, AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
SECTION 1. That the proposed Operation and Improvement Program for
the Gabe Lozano, Sr. Golf Center and the Oso Beach Municipal Goif Course be
approved .
SECTION 2 There is hereby appropriated $143,175 10 from Fund No 107
Parade Place Development to the Oso Golf Course Account No. 102-266-518.61 and
expenditures are authorized as follows:
Building and Improvements 293,655.00
Bu,ldin and ndMImprovrements (designated 6,345.00
future Oso Golf Course ements and
operations) ,mprovemen 43,175.10
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to
appropriate the abovement,oned funds at the earliest practicable date, such
finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter
rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or esolutions at three
regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon
first reading as an emergency measure this the 5th day of February, 1985.
