AN ORDINANCE
APPROPRIATING $134,667.81 TO SUPPLEMENT $109,648.06
REMAINING FROM EXISTING CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATIONS TO
VARIOUS PROJECTS AS SHOWN ON EXHIBIT "0" TO REIMBURSE THE
GENERAL FUND FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES: AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED 68 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated $134,667.81 as follows:
$ 105,733.10 out of the Na. 220 Street Band Fund
632.17 out of the No. 245 Airport Bond Fund
4,814.97 out of the No. 247 Airport Hazard Elimination Bond Fund
9,493.35 out of the N0. 250 Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund
1,016.99 out of the 00. 260 Fire Station Bond Fund
372.31 out of the No. 295 Storm Sewer Bond Fund
1,791.20 out of the No. 152 Federal/States Grant Fund

to supplement 1109,648.06 remaining from existing contingency appropriations to
various projects as shown on the tabulations marked Exhibit "A", a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof, to provide a total reimbursement of
$244,315 87 to the No. 102 General Fund for engineering services provided during
November, December, 1984 and January, 1985.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an
emergency due to the need for
efficient and effective administration of City affairs by appropriating the
aforementioned amounts, such finding of an emergency is made and declared
requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon
ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is
passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the
26th day Of February, 1985
