SIMMONS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WATER GRID MAIN AND SANITARY SEWER TRUNK LINE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS. SECTION I. There is hereby appropriated 145,925.27 out of No. 143-246.95 Water Grid and Arterial Transmission Main and Trust Fund and $68,900.73 out of the No. 145-247.95 Sanitary Sewer Trunk Line Trust Fund for reimbursement to N 0 Simmons, owner and developer of Las Colonies Unit I and IV for the installation of approximately 2,660 linear feet of 12" water grid main and approximately 788 linear feet of 24" sanitary sewer trunk line, as authorized in Ordinance Nos. 17396 and 17092. SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council memberscopy attached, to find and declare an mergency due to the need to appropriate the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or esolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the 5th day of March, 1985.
