AN ORDINANCE
APPROPRIATING $1,125 TO COVER COST OF UTILITY EASEMENT
ACQUISITION, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
SE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There 1s hereby appropriated $1,125 out of the No.
145-247.95, Sanitary Sewer Trunk Line Trust Fund to cover the cost of utility
easement acquisition out of Lots 9, 10, and 11, Black 17, Highway Village,
Number 3.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to
appropriate the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such
finding of an emergency i5 made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter
rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or esolutions at three
regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon
first reading as an emergency measure this the 5th day of March, 1985.
