Forrest Hill Lane, from Violet Road to Birdwood Lane, and 2. Redbud Bud Drive, from Japonica Drive to Dead End AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. DE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 18224, passed and approved May 9, 1984, be amended by amending Section 3 so as to adopt the final assessment roll and assessments levied against owners of abutting property on the following streets' Annaville Area No 1 1 Forrest Hill Lane, from Violet Road to Birdwood Lane, and 2 Redbud Bud Drive, from Japonica Drive to Dead End. substantial copy of which assessment role is attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for efficient and effective administration of City affairs by the adoption of the final, c rected a ment roll as aforesaid, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the 2nd day of April, 1985 ATTEST: a Lily Secretary APPROVED: Zn../ J.
