HomeMy WebLinkAbout18778 ORD - 04/02/1985AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 22, PARKING REGULATIONS, OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO REDUCE THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR MARINAS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXA5: SECTION 1. That Article 22, Parking Regulations, of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Corpus Christi be and is hereby amended by revising the following section to read as follows. Column 1 Column 2 Use of Use Category Location Marina All Districts Column 3 Space Requirement Per Basic Measuring Unit Column 4 O 5 space per 1 wet boat slip Additional Requirements .25 space per dry boat storage for boats sixteen feet and over SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an mergency due to the immediate need for efficient and effective administration of City affairs by amending the Zoning Ordinance as aforementioned, such finding of an emergency ,s made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the 2nd day of April, 1985 ATTEST.
