APPROPRIATING $18,536.05 FOR REIMBURSEMENT TO 300702E
809002ER FOR THE INSTALLATION OF APPROXIMATELY 1,350 LINEAR
FEET OF 12" DIAMETER SANITARY SEWER COLLECTION LINE; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated $18,535.05 from the
No. 145-247 96 Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund for reimbursement to
Maurice Hunsaker, owner
and developer of Forum Mall Subdivision, Lots 1 through
5, Block 1, for theinstallation of approximately 1,350 linear feet of 12"
diameter sanitary sewer collection line asshown on Exhibit "A", a substantial
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, per Ordinance
No. 17396.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due t0 the need t0 take
immediate action to preserve and protect public property by expediting the
construction of public improvements, such finding of an emergency is made and
declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and
voting upon ordinances or esolutions at three regular meetings so that this
ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency
measure this the 9th day of April, 1985.
