APPROPRIATING $27,199 OUT OF VARIOUS BOND FUNDS FOR
REIMBURSEMENT TO THE 102 GENERAL FUND FOR ACCOUNTING
AND COLLECTION SERVICES; AND APPROPRIATING $6,842 OUT
OF VARIOUS BOND FUNDS FOR EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH
THE SALE OF $13,300,000 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, ON
FEBRUARY 19, 1985; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated out of various
bonds as hereinafter set forth for reimbursement to the 102 General Fund
for accounting and collection services, said reimbursement being
apportioned as follows:

SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated out of various bond
funds as hereinafter set forth for expenses in connection with the sale of
$13,330,000 General Improvement Bonds, said sale having been conducted on
February 19, 1985, including bond attorney and financial advisor services,
printing of bonds, and official statements, bond rating service fees and
related expenses with reimbursement to be made to the 102 General Fund out
of the proceeds of the sale, said expenses being apportioned as follows:

SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five
Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency in order
to appropriate the funds as aforesaid due to the need for efficient
administration of City affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and
declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and
voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that
this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an
emergency measure this 30th day of July, 1985.

as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three

and pass this ordinance or resolution finally on the date it is introduced,
or at the present meeting of the City Council.
