HomeMy WebLinkAbout19027 ORD - 09/24/198535.42.03 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,100 OUT OF NO. 220 STREET BOND FUND FOR PROJECTED ENGINEERING COSTS FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 1985-86 AND TESTING EXPENDITURES APPLICABLE TO FURMAN SCHOOL AREA STREET IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE II; ACCEPTING THE PROJECT; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING FUNDS OF $89,020.17 TO BACKHOE LEASE SERVICE, INC.; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $7,100 out of No. 220 Street Bond Fund for projected engineering costs for the first quarter of fiscal year 1985-86 and testing expenditures applicable to Furman School Area Street Improvements, Phase II. SECTION 2. That said project be accepted and that the City Manager be and is hereby authorized to pay the remaining funds of $89,020.17 to Backhoe Lease Service, Inc. SECTION 3.
