BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $23,418.54 out of Park Trust Fund No. 111 and $8,859.86 out of Eleventh Year Community Development Block Grant funds for a total of $32,278.40 for reimbursement at various parks to the General Fund No. 102-266-518.43-603 for work accomplished as follows: Park Temple Crestmont South Guth C.C. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to appropriate the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the 4th day of February, 1986.
