HomeMy WebLinkAbout19253 ORD - 04/08/1986TEXAS: AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,476.35 OUT OF THE NO. 220 STREET BOND FUND FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION OF HOWARD STREET FROM 19TH STREET TO THE BEN GARZA PARK BOUNDARY; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $6,476.35 out of the No. 220 Street Bond Fund for additional funding for construction completion of Howard Street from 19th Street to the Ben Garza Park boundary applicable to Project No. 220-82-7.13, Howard Street Improvements. SECTION 2.
