DAVYDDIMORRISETO DA YDDASSIGNMEMORRIS AND ASSOCIATES, INCORPORATEDNT OF THE WATERWORKMARINA ;
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
SECTION 1. That the assignment agreement of the lease to the
Waterworks Marina from Davydd Morris to a corporation in the name of Davydd
Morris and Associates, Incorporated, is hereby approved.
