HomeMy WebLinkAbout19357 ORD - 06/24/1986AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1675 OUT OF THE 245 AIRPORT BOND FUND FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES BY MR. THOMAS F. DORSEY AND MR. SIDNEY H. SMITH, III IN CONNECTION WITH THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT CLEAR ZONES; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $1675 out of the No. 245 Airport Bond Fund for appraisal services by Mr. Thomas F. Dorsey and Mr. Sidney H. Smith, III in connection with the International Airport Clear Zones, Project 245-82-3. SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to appropriate the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the 24th day of June, 1986.
