AN ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT TO THE EIGHTEEN EIGHTY-NINE GROUP
FOR INSTALLATION OF APPROXIMATELY 423 LINEAR FEET OF 8 INCH
DIAMETER OFFSITE SANITARY SEWER COLLECTION LINE;
APPROPRIATING $1591.92; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to reimburse
the Eighteen Eighty -Nine Group, owner and developer of West River Place Unit 1
Subdivision, for the installation of approximately 423 linear feet of 8 inch
diameter offsite sanitary sewer collection line, as shown attached Exhibit "A,"
per Ordinance 17396.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $1591.92 from the
No. 145-247.96 Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to
appropriate the aforementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such
finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter
rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three
regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon
first reading as an emergency measure this the 24th day of June, 1986.

and pass this ordinance or resolution finally on the date it is introduced,
or at the present meeting of the City Council.
