HomeMy WebLinkAbout19369 ORD - 07/01/1986TEXAS: AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $11,000 OUT OF THE NO. 250 SANITARY SEWER BOND FUND TO FACILITATE FINAL PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR, McKINNEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, SECTION There out of the No. 250 Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund to facilitate final appropriated l payment tothe0contractor, McKinney Construction Company, applicable to Project No. 250-86-8.10, Sanitary Sewer Interceptor 34-A expansion. SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to appropriate the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the 1st day of July, 1986.
