BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, SECTION 1. There is hereby 'appropriated $69,640.55 out of various bond funds for reimbursement to the 102 General Fund for accounting and collection services, said reimbursement being apportioned as follows: BOND FUND APPROPRIATION 205 Water Bond Construction Fund $10,644.97 209 Convention Center Bond Fund 1,994.10 220 Street Bond Fund 35,864.01 245 Airport Bond Fund 662.74 247 Navy Airfield Hazard Elimination 2,879.71 250 Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund 14,615.58 251 Sanitary Landfill Bond Fund 5.87 260 Fire Station Bond Fund 738.99 265 Multi -Cultural Center Bond Fund 134.90 266 Police Building Bond Fund 111.44 267 Animal Shelter Bond Fund 140.76 291 Park Bond Fund 580.64 295 Storm Sewer Bond Fund 1,266.84 $69,640.55 SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to appropriate the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the 29th day of July, 1986.
