AN ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT TO GRAND VIEW, INC., FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF APPROXIMATELY 810 LINEAR FEET OF 10 INCH
DIAMETER OFFSITE SANITARY SEWER COLLECTION LINE;
APPROPRIATING $8,142.83; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
SECTION 1. That reimbursement is hereby authorized to Grand View,
Inc., owner and developer of Grand View Mobile Home Subdivision, for the
installation of approximately 810 linear feet of 10 inch diameter offsite
sanitary sewer collection line, as shown on attached Exhibit "A," per Ordinance
No. 17396.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $8,142.83 from the
No. 145-247.96 Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to take
immediate action to preserve and protect public property by expediting the
construction of public improvements, such finding of an emergency is made and
declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting
upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance
is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this
the 2nd day of September, 1986.

or at the present meeting of the City Council.
