HomeMy WebLinkAbout19490 ORD - 09/23/1986AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $70,000 OUT OF N0. 205 WATER BOND FUND FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR FINAL PAYMENT INCLUDING RETAINAGE INTEREST TO DELTA UTILITIES; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $70,000 out of No. 205 Water Bond Fund for additional funding for final payment including retainage interest to Delta Utilities, applicable to Project No. 205-81-5.1, Baldwin Boulevard Waterline Replacement. SECTION 2.
