AN ORDINANCE
APPROPRIATING $31,985 FROM THE STREET BOND FUND FOR AERIAL
PHOTOGRAMMETRY TO ASSIST IN THE PLAN PREPARATION OF STREET
PROJECTS INCLUDED IN THE 1986 BOND ELECTION; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $31,985 from the No. 220
Street Bond Fund for aerial photogrammetry to assist in they plan preparation of
street projects included in the 1986 Bond Election applicable to Project
No. 220-86-44.12.1, Aerial Photogrammetry/Future Street Construction.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to
appropriate the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such
finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter
rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three
regular meetings so that this ordinance is pasm4 and shall 01 • e fect upon
first reading as an emergency measure this the day of

or resolution, an emergency exists requiring suspension of the Charter rule
as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three

and pass this ordinance or resolution finally on the date it is introduced,
or at the present meeting of the City Council.
