AN ORDINANCE
APPROPRIATING $2,403.96 FROM THE NO. 295 STORM SEWER BOND
FUND FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDING TO FACILITATE FINAL PAYMENT TO
THE CONTRACTOR, BRACCO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $2,403.96 from the No. 295
Storm Sewer Bond Fund for additional funding to facilitate final payment to the
contractor, Bracco Construction Company, applicable to Project No. 295-77-2.1,
Downtown Pump Station "A," Phase II.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to
appropriate the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such
finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter
rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resp tions at three
regular meetings so that this ordinance is pa d and shall taake effect upon
fir reading as an emergency measure this the f''A day of
