APPROVING THE DEVELOPER'S APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT TO HANK OLSON DEVELOPMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF SANITARY SEWER TRUNK LINE; APPROPRIATING $315,795.23; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the developer's application is hereby approved and
there is hereby authorized reimbursement to Hank Olson Development, owner and
developer of Bear Creek Unit 1 Subdivision, for the installation of 2,484 linear
feet of 21" diameter offsite sanitary sewer trunk line, as shown on attached
Exhibit "A," per Ordinance No. 17396.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $315,795.23 out of the
No. 145-247.95 Sanitary Sewer Trunk Line Trust Fund.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for
efficient and effective administration of City affairs by appropriating the
aforementioned amounts, such finding of an emergency is made and declared
requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon
ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is
passed and shall ake effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the
