APPROVING THE DEVELOPER'S APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT TO JON BONILLA, THE AMOUNT OF $1,539.94 FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF APPROXIMATELY 160 LINEAR FEET OF 8 -INCH
DIAMETER WATER DISTRIBUTION MAIN EXTENSION; APPROPRIATING
$1,539.94; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the developer's application for reimbursement is
hereby approved and that reimbursement be made to Jon Bonilla, Manager, Bonilla
Plaza, owner and developer of Lot 15B, Block 1, Roosevelt Place Subdivision, the
amount of $1,539.94 for the installation of approximately 160 linear feet of
8 -inch diameter water distribution main extension as shown on attached
Exhibit "A," per Ordinance No. 17092.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $1,539.94 from the
No. 143-246.96 Water Distribution Main Trust Fund.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for the
efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an
emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to
consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular
meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall taken effect upon first
reading as an emergency measure this the '7-1+11 day of �u Q
