HomeMy WebLinkAbout19700 ORD - 04/07/1987AN ORDINANCE CANCELLING ORDINANCE NO. 19669 WHICH APPROPRIATED $264,000 FROM THE CITY HALL BOND FUND REQUIRED FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PARCEL NO. 4 FOR THE CITY HALL LAND EXPANSION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING SAID PARCEL ACQUISITION FROM THE WATER, WASTEWATER AND GAS FUND RESERVE APPROPRIATION FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $264,000; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That there is hereby cancelled Ordinance No. 19669 which appropriated $264,000 from the City Hall Bond Fund, and further authorized $118,500 from the Water Reserve Appropriation, $118,500 from the Wastewater Reserve Appropriation, and $27,000 from the Gas Reserve Appropriation for a total amount of $264,000 required for the acquisition of Parcel No. 4 for the City Hall Land Expansion Project. SECTION 2.
