HomeMy WebLinkAbout19719 ORD - 04/13/1987AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $186,921.56 OUT OF VARIOUS FUNDS FOR EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF $13,064,000 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS ON OCTOBER 17, 1985, AND THE SALE OF $25,625,000 GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS BONDS ON NOVEMBER 18, 1986; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of various bond funds as hereinafter set forth for expenses in connection with the sale of $13,064,000 General Improvement Bonds on October 17, 1985, including bond attorney and financial advisor services, printing of bonds, official statements, bond rating service fees and related expenses with reimbursement to be made to the 300 G. 0. Interest and Redemption Fund out of the proceeds of the sale, said expenses being apportioned as follows: Bond Fund Appropriation 220 Street Bond Fund 245 Airport Bond Fund 247 Navy Airfield Hazard Elimination 250 Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund 295 Storm Sewer Bond Fund $ 9,104.19 694.87 8,806.38 51,597.42 701.96 $70,904.82 SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated out of various bond funds as hereinafter set forth for expenses in connection with the sale of $25,625,000 General Improvement Bonds, said sale having been conducted on November 18, 1986, including bond attorney and financial advisor services, printing of bonds, official statements, bond rating service fees and related expenses; with said expenses being apportioned as follows: Bond Fund Appropriation 501 Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund - 1986 511 Storm Sewer Bond Fund - 1986 521 Aquarium Bond Fund - 1986 531 Public Health & Safety - 1986 541 Airport Bond Fund - 1986 551 Park Bond Fund - 1986 561 Street Bond Fund - 1986 04P.106.01 $ 47,891.72 10,429.88 5,882.05 3,619.73 4,118.61 13,666.75 30,408.00 $116.016.74 19719 MICROFILMED SECTION 2.
