APPROPRIATING $23,300 OUT OF REINVESTMENT ZONE FUND 121 FOR
REIMBURSEMENT TO THE GENERAL FUND FOR ADMINISTRATIVE
SERVICES PROVIDED IN THE ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION OF
REINVESTMENT ZONE TAXES FOR 1986-87.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated $23,300 out of the
Reinvestment Zone Fund 121 for reimbursement to the General Fund for
administrative services provided in the assessment and collection of
reinvestment zone taxes for 1986-87.

or resolution, an emergency exists requiring suspension of the Charter rule
as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three

and pass this ordinance or resolution finally on the date it is introduced,
or at the present meeting of the City Council.
