AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OF $36,837 TO
SANDERS -MIDWEST, INC. FOR CLAIMS ASSERTED BY THE CONTRACTOR
AND DETERMINED BY THE PROJECT ENGINEER TO BE VALID IN
CONNECTION WITH THE EXPANSION OF THE 0. N. STEVENS WATER
TREATMENT PLANT; AND APPROPRIATING $47,370.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby authorized an additional payment of
$36,837 to Sanders -Midwest, Inc. for claims asserted by the contractor and
determined by the project engineer to be valid in connection with the expansion
of the 0. N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant, subject to verification that all
subcontractors and suppliers have been paid.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $47,370 from the Water
Construction Bond Fund.
