SAENZ. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That eminent domain proceedings by the City are hereby authorized to condemn fee title to Parcel 2 for the McArdle Road Street Improvements Project and to acquire said parcel from the owner, Angelita H. Saenz.
