AUTHORIZING EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS BY THE CITY TO
CONDEMN FEE TITLE TO PARCEL 2 FOR THE McARDLE ROAD STREET
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT AND TO ACQUIRE SAID PARCEL FROM THE
OWNER, ANGELITA H. SAENZ.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That eminent domain proceedings by the City are hereby
authorized to condemn fee title to Parcel 2 for the McArdle Road Street
Improvements Project and to acquire said parcel from the owner, Angelita H.
Saenz.

McARDLE ROAD STREET IMPROVEMENTS
Parcel 2
Beginning at a point being on the north corner of Lot W-1
of Lexington Place, shown by plat recorded in Volume 33,
Page 16, Map Records, Nueces County, Texas; said point being
on the south right-of-way line of 60 foot wide McArdle Road;
Thence 5.61°30'E., along said right-of-way line, a distance
of 186.41 feet;
Thence along a curve concave to the right having an initial
tangent bearing S.61°30'E., a radius of 10.00 feet, a tangent
length of 5.77 feet, a distance of 10.47 feet;
Thence N.61°30'W., a distance of 195.11 feet;
Thence N.29°00'30"E., a distance of 5.0 feet to the point
of beginning and containing 0.022 acres, more or less.
