APPOINTING ROBERT J. GONZALEZ MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE;
PROVIDING FOR TERMS OF OFFICE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Robert J. Gonzalez be and he is hereby appointed
Municipal Court Judge effective June 16, 1987.
SECTION 2. That the term of office for the Municipal Court Judge
appointed herein shall be until the next Council term begins and then such
appointee shall serve until a successor is appointed.
SECTION 3. The effective date of this Resolution and the appointment
hereunder shall be June 16, 1987.
