AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 19661 DATED MARCH 10, 1987, TO
INCLUDE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $6,787.71 FROM THE
NO. 111-000-241.10-000 MIDDLECOFF PARK TRUST ACCOUNT TO THE
NO. 291 PARK BOND FUND FOR SECOND QUARTER 1986-87
ENGINEERING REIMBURSEMENTS TO THE NO. 102 GENERAL FUND; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 19661 dated March 10, 1987, is hereby
amended to include authorizing the transfer of $6,787.71 from the
No. 111-000-241.10-000 Middlecoff Park Trust Account to the No. 291 Park Bond
Fund for Second Quarter 1986-87 Engineering Reimbursements to the No. 102
General Fund.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to
transfer the abovementioned funds at the earliest practicable date, such finding
of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as
to consideration and voting upon ordinances at three regular meetings so that
this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an

or resolution, an emergency exists requiring suspension of the Charter rule
as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three

and pass this ordinance or resolution finally on the date it is introduced,
or at the present meeting of the City Council.
