APPROVING THE DEVELOPER'S APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT TO HHARBOR HYUNDAI, INC., FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF 310 LINEAR FEET OF 8 -INCH DIAMETER OFFSITE WATER
DISTRIBUTION MAIN EXTENSION; APPROPRIATING $1,923.30; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the developer's application is hereby approved and
there is hereby authorized reimbursement to Hharbor Hyundai, Inc., developer of
Lots F-2 and F-3, Boulevard Acres Subdivision, the amount of $1,923.30 for the
installation of 310 linear feet of 8 -inch diameter offsite water distribution
main extension as shown on the attached Exhibit "A," per Ordinance No. 17092.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $1,923.30 from the
No. 143-246.96 Water Distribution Main Trust Fund.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to take
immediate action to preserve and protect public property by expediting the
construction of public improvements, such finding of an emergency is made and
declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting
upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance
is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this

or resolution, an emergency exists requiring suspension of the Charter rule
as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three

and pass this ordinance or resolution finally on the date it is introduced,
or at the present meeting of the City Council.
