APPROVING THE DEVELOPER'S APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT_TO DIAMOND STAMP COMPANY,_INC., THE AMOUNT OF
3,49..-7fi FOR-THE-IINSTALLATIONQF 324 -LINEAR FEET OF 8 -INCH
DIAMETER --OFFSITE _WATER DISTRIBUTION MAIN; APPROPRIATING
$3,349.76; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby approved the developer's application
and authorized the reimbursement to Diamond Stamp Company, Inc., -owner and
developer of Lots 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B, Block B, Stillwell Addition, the amount of
$3,349.76 for the installation of 324 linear feet of 8 -inch diameter offsite
water distribution main as shown on attached Exhibit "A," per Ordinance
No. 17092.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $3,349.76 from the
No. 143-246.96 Water Distribution Main Trust Fund.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for the
efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an
emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to
consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular
meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take gffect upon first
reead g as an emergency measure this the day of

or resolution, an emergency exists requiring suspension of the Charter rule
as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three
regular meetings; I/we, therefore, request that you suspend said Charter rule
and pass this ordinance or resolution finally on the date it is introduced,
or at the present meeting of the City Council.
