AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $60,000 FROM THE VEHICLE
REPLACEMENT TRUST FUND TO 102-252-513.14-347 FOR THE LEASE
PAYMENTS ON A CRAWLER TRACTOR; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby authorized the transfer of $60,000 from
the Vehicle Replacement Trust Fund to 102-252-513.14-347 for the lease payments
on a crawler tractor.
