APPROVING THE DEVELOPER'S APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT TO HANK OLSON DEVELOPMENT, FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF APPROXIMATELY 965 LINEAR FEET OF 8 -INCH,
935 LINEAR FEET OF 12 -INCH, AND 778 LINEAR FEET OF 15 -INCH
DIAMETER SANITARY SEWER LINES; AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF
$5,000 AND APPROPRIATING $53,332.50; AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby approved the developer's application
and reimbursement is hereby authorized to Hank Olson Development, owner and
developer of Bear Creek Unit 1 Subdivision, for the installation of
approximately 965 linear feet of 8 -inch, 935 linear feet of 12 -inch, and
778 linear feet of 15 -inch diameter sanitary sewer lines, as shown on attached
Exhibit "A," per Ordinance No. 17396.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby authorized a transfer of $5,000 from
the No. 145-254.02 Interest Reserve Trust Fund to the No. 145-247.96 Sanitary
Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund, and there is hereby appropriated $53,332.50
out of the No. 145-247.96 Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to take
immediate action to preserve and protect public property by expediting the
construction of public improvements, such finding of an emergency is made and
declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and
voting upon ordinances at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is
passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the

or resolution, an emergency exists requiring suspension of the Charter rule
as to consideration and 'voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three

and pass this ordinance or resolution finally on the date it is introduced,
or at the present meeting of the City Council.
