A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH JAMES B. BOGGS,
AIA, FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES; APPROPRIATING $22,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with James B. Boggs, AIA, for architectural services for
improvements to the convention center, all as more fully set forth in plans
and specifications and contract documents on file in the office of the City
Secretary, all of which are made a part hereof by reference for the sum of
$19,000.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $22,000 from the
Community -Convention Facility Bond Fund for the contract costs,
advertising, printing, engineering administration, and related expenses.
