APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO THE OCEANSIDE ASPHALT, INC.
CONTRACT FOR THE LAMAR EAST AREA STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
AND APPROPRIATING $24,336.40.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Change Order No. 1 to the Oceanside Asphalt,
Inc. contract for the Lamar East Area Street Improvements Project be
approved providing for replacement of additional water line.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$24,336.40 from the No. 205 Water Bond Fund applicable to Project No.
205-87-44-2.4, Lamar East Area Waterline Improvements.
