APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH FEDERAL SIGN IN THE AMOUNT OF
$66,649 FOR ONE ELECTRONIC MESSAGE DISPLAY CENTER FOR THE
CONVENTION CENTER, AND APPROPRIATING $70,000 FROM THE
COMMUNITY -CONVENTION FACILITY BOND FUND 209.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That a contract with Federal Sign in the amount of
$66,649 for one electronic message display center for the convention center is
approved.
SECTION 2. That $70,000 is appropriated from the Community -
Convention Center Bond Fund 209 for the contract award, for electrical service
installations, for construction administration, and for contingencies.
