APPROVING THE DEVELOPERS' APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT TO CAROLE GOTTLICH AND REBECCA J. TURBERVILLE,
OWNERS AND DEVELOPERS OF LUM HART ADDITION, LOT 8, FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF APPROXIMATELY 46 LINEAR FEET OF OFFSITE
8 -INCH DIAMETER SANITARY SEWER; APPROPRIATING $1,660.83.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the developers' application is hereby approved and
there is hereby authorized reimbursement to Carole Gottlich and Rebecca J.
Turberville, owners and developers of Lum Hart Addition, Lot 8, for the
installation of approximately 46 linear feet of offsite 8 -inch diameter sanitary
sewer, as shown on attached Exhibit "A," per Ordinance No. 17396.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $1,660.83 out of the
No. 145-247.96, Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund.
